This. I've heard the attrition numbers YTD and it isn't pretty. My opinion and my opinion only, but if you're qualified for FEDEX, Delta, AA, or United they are going to be really, really suspicious.
I can see how they would think that. But UPS is hiring 40 and FedEx is under 100. If they want to keep the place going they need to get bodies in the door even if they know they're going to leave in two years. I dont know if it was spirit or atlas that was selling its investors on the high turnover rate as a way of keep crew costs down, lowering the cost per seat mile.
And I might be qualified but I'm still about 1000 hours off from competitive.
