There's no motivation for the company to give us a deal! Junior guys are raking in the MUP with or without RLS, senior guys think $185 an hour is more than enough money and have no clue what the market rate is for a 12 yr not 15 yr CA! I had a CA tell me the other day that he was already making over 240 and hour. I asked him how he came up with that number. He basically said that this month he was crediting over 95hrs of pay at 185 an hour, but he was only flying 72 hrs. So he said he divides his pay ( 95*185/72) by hours flown. I told him nicely that he was only getting 185 hour, but he didn't agree. This sort of thinking is what I call stinkin thinking.
