Selecting the box is simply a way separating the tall stack of resumes. They could have also said "select that you have 99 hours on the space shuttle." It's just a way to sort the stack. You aren't falsifying your application if it's to one specific airline and that's what they are telling you to do to move you're resume to a different pile. Think outside the box, or maybe just click the box in this case.
