It's said about every other page, but don't come to Allegiant if you [don't?] want to commute. You'll be miserable and you'll drag everyone else down. If you live in or want to move to an allegiant base, it's an awesome job.
How do guys handle commuting while waiting for a particular base (e.g. IWA)? Just bite the bullet and buy a ton of hotel rooms for the better part of a year?
