Spirit was the launch customer in North America for the A320 NEO, we put more passengers on our A321 than American puts on there 767's. While our customer experience sucks and our on-time performance metrics are lagging, our business model has caused the 3 largest airlines in the world to alter how they are doing business.
AAs 787 also carry less. 226. Maybe we should ask for 75/76/78 rates?
