There's positives and negatives at each company (or maybe not depending on who's posting) but people have to make a decision based on a limited bit of information and some luck. Collect the data, not the emotions. Good luck to everyone making the decision of where to go. For what it's worth, Endeavor has treated me well ever since they figured out they wouldn't have a pilot group left if they continued to s"p"it on them. Pay is good, movement is relatively quick, schedules are decent, and other quality of life improvements have been made. I can't speak of other airlines because I have never experienced them. Forgive me for not spewing ignorant misinformation about other companies in order to draw more new hires to EDV. Guess I don't fit in here...
Spot on. We pilots tend to be an extremely prideful bunch with huge egos. So many want to sincerely believe and project that they are at the best regional airline out. Majority of us have only worked at one airline, but without having worked anywhere else will gladly proclaim their airline is the best. Now, bottom line...a regional airline is a regional airline. They all suck to a varying degree. The three regionals in this thread are the top 3 that I'd personally recommend to a prospective new hire. Each 3 has its own advantages. These advantages have been spouted over and over on this forum. You really can't go wrong with any of these 3. I'd personally choose based upon a base that you either live in or are willing to move to or the easiest possible commute. I think that's what the majority would tell you.
