I did a close to max landing weight flaps zero landing in the CRJ... it was, shall we put it, interesting....

Deck angle was pretty high at touchdown, and the touchdown speed was about 175-180 knots. We burned up all of runway 1L at IAD (11000). The funny thing was, back in the day, ACA didn't consider flaps fail as an actual emergency, and actually had policy that suggested that unless there were extreme circumstances, crews with flaps fails shouldn't declare and emergency.
