Once all the transfers and transitions filled the new bases they still needed lots of people in those bases. That is why reserve has been longer in ORD for a new hire. I would guess that once all of the ERJ's have been delivered hiring will slow. Lots of ERJ first officers do not want to upgrade on the CRJ.
