You might, MIGHT, be able to get by without crash pad. Depends on where you commute from, flight schedules, and Jumpseat demands on those flights. If there is a combination of any of those being a problem, then crash pad would be better than getting by with company provides hotels. Difference is maybe saving $200-300 a month.
