I came from the military to corporate; have learned some lessons along the way. Ask about bonuses, guaranteed days off, health and dental, 401K. Are they paying for a type rating? If not, walk away. Do they have an Ops Manual or some set of procedures? Maybe some of these questions are not appropriate for the first interview, but if it gets to looking / feeling like a job offer, be sure to dig deep. Don't be a "just happy to get a flying job" guy. Times, thankfully, have changed.
