EDV or PDT unless you live in an ENY base. Those would be my choices if I were to make a lateral move today. Both have better movement, less reserve, and better schedules.
I do recommend ENY to people who ask me that have low or no FW hours. ENY has found itself a niche to help those. But I think PDT is not far behind.

Any details on what has led you to this opinion? Because of bonuses and the flow, I'm considering Envoy (currently less than a year at a shrinking/dying regional) but would lose a preferential interview at B6 in 2020 if I make the move...
