I signed a contract for a $5k bonus. They basically ripped it up, gave me the $15k bonus, and I get the quarterly retention bonus as well. I'm happier than a pig in sh*t at envoy. Sure you have historical grievances and I understand, I would too if I were in your position. But historical grievances have nothing to do with new hires right now. For a new hire, envoy is pretty much the best place to be.
Wow! They gave you 15 when they were only obligated to give you 5. That's huge.
