That's the nature of the game. The negotiating team only has the power to suggest, cajole, beg, or plead to get a contract. It is stacked completely in managment's favor. Only when management wants something from us will it happen. On the other hand, when we get released, we will have all the power. Mgmt will only have the power to suggest, beg, etc. Eventually the mediator will get tired of their games. It's just going to take a while longer. As a previous poster said, barring shareholder involvement, I don't think we'll get a contract without being released.
