It is not untrue. Try calling in sick 4 times in 12 months, even with doctor's notes. Company policy is disciplinary at that point. Some crazy arbitrator ruled they can do it.
And there are some with 4 that don't even get talked to at all. It's the big picture, not just 4 sick calls.
