I haven't seen any mention of rotor wing folks with Delta.
The trend seems to be hiring younger lately.
When it comes to apps and getting "fix it" emails, are they looking for exact dates on jobs (to the day), residency, etc, or is the month good enough?

I have seen a couple regionals that Delta is known to hire from and a few they don't hire from. Just starting out soon, is there anything you would recommend as far as career progression? Some sort of a do and don't list? Or any advice in general?

I certainly don't mind putting in my time and paying my dues to get there, just don't know they right path to take along the way.
