May anyone has the knowledge about how much the penalty the Airbus has/will have to pay if any of the emergency doors on its aircraft (particularly A320/A330) are failed to open during an emergency?

May be I am not clear in my wordings, one of my colleagues were discussing about this today and we both start searching for its answer?
