Pick a better place to start.

If you are under 25 and a new hire at QX you might reach 1000 Turbine PIC by the time you are 35 as a Horizon Air pilot.

My point is that I don't care how much money you make or what days you have off if you can not upgrade within a few years then you are doing yourself no good. Right now there are guys who are in their early 20's and are RJ captains. If your goal is to make it to the majors then you will need to keep up with the other guy.

For most, Horizon Air is a dead end.
