I am starting to get a little disgruntled on what I need to do to become a pilot with the Delta team. I have gone through this entire post and have found that while there are a myriad of success stories, there isn't any certain way to get a call. I have just about every bullet point one could throw onto their resume except a check airman. Multiple degrees, veteran status, heavy time and company staff positions. However I've found friends of mine with no type ratings and 3100TT get a phone call right off the bat.. I've been to hiring events, I've met with a lot of pilots, yet still need to know if there is some way to get noticed? I just want to be noticed with everyone else in consideration.
