The company has asked for points summaries from reservists to do exactly what you imply above that they would not care about. There are many in management that are going on what appear to be witch hunts.
What you write above is dangerous for an ignorant new hire Mil guy. If said new guy does a drill on his layover right now, that is grounds for discipline or termination. So, I'm glad you think you know it all, but read the thread. Many people have had things happen to them when they were NOT gaming the system.
Karnak, please read this (again?). You are out of your lane, and likely to make things worse for someone rather than better.
Newbie mil folks, know that fixes seem to be in the works. But don't let Karnak talk you into CPO time that is unlikely to help your cause. Be patient, and play management's game for the time being.
