Ellen, I you are right, it'll be tough to keep people around if they wages stay low. IMO, The wages should be higher year two and beyond.

The only thing that is fueling the low wages debate is the fact that there is no pay scale at this time. OTOH, the starting wage is better than at SkyWest ($19), which is held up as one of the best places to be right now.
