You have been lucky to have it, be glad you work at an airline that pays 75 guarantee, there are several that don't. And if you are unhappy with it, I am sure they will accept your resignation.
Premium pay was also part of the contract for the place I chose to work, meaning I also chose that place because I could make more than guarantee.
