I wanted to add something like this when I commented but wasn't sure. Yes, you have to add them yourself for sure. My memory says it was 24 hours to be processed (not just for them, but for myself). However, as far as I could tell from the website after I entered their info, it was immediate. But, again, I didn't test it.
I think my wife was active befor I was. I logged in around Tuesday or Wednesday of Indoc before we actually had our login info. I had to do my initial account creation. Took me until the next working day to be active, but my wife and other family said active as soon as I hit submit.
