So 90% of the update was positive with progress made in key components of the most important sections and you want to focus on 2 words that in my mind were designed to temper the enthusiasm to explain that there's still work to be done......I'll focus on the 90% positive.you can focus on the rest.....
You looked for the words that backed your belief that we're stalled and in for prolonged negotiations......I didn't get that same tone as you did...
