Is it unrealistic to think I can enter/they would offer a job based on that timeline. All I see is "we need us some pilots" messages everywhere. Earlier is better than later. I applied too late in the game and now I'm bumping up against terminal leave with no offers (heck, no interviews yet). It's getting stressful. One of my buds had an offer eight months out from retirement.
