As for the list, it looks like they finally started updating the numbers on it again. Starting last fall when people were leaving the company wasn't changing the number next to pilot names. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate now, but on Flica I'm only 5 numbers from the list in March (vs. 25 numbers in February).
I agree, months went by without the number beside your name changing.
Then the number one pilot retires and I still didn't move up. Finally the list changes drastically. Like you, I'm not sure it's correct even now.
