I'm not sure that leveling the playing field really would improve quality of life for all. I'm not sure the negotiators (union and company) can make major improvements to reserve with only minor changes.
but I'll certainly watch and see what everyone comes up with next time around. Like I wrote earlier, big improvements to reserve will let me bid wb capt a couple yrs sooner. Otherwise, I'll sit tight and hold my sched until I can hold a sched on the wb. But I won't bid up too early then ask everyone else to level the playing field so i don't have to sit in a crashpad. that would be the " me me me" attitude that we're trying to avoid as a group am i wrong ?
