Well the guy who told me about the flyer (which was subsequently ripped down by a pilot) also said that he knows a SkyWest pilot in training that was told by the instructor that Delta went to SkyWest about doing more West coast flying. But that's all rumor until you see it in print. It might explain what TSH is prepared for though.
FA also claimed to have seen it. So multiple witnesses, but no physical evidence.
PS the CP gave the instructions to post the transfer flyer according to the story I was told.
