regular plan= 0 premiums....HSA = $220 premiums with benefits HSA being:
-free HSA money from the company ($800 or so I think) and ability to participate in dependent care account for young kids in daycare ($5000 tax deduction benefit)....plus the other choice plus benefits.
-when kids get old enough not to have that account the comparison changes so it'd probably depend on how big a family and how often you use bens. Either are decent options at least. The deductible and max OOP on the HSA are pretty high though.
