I am 5 years non-current Navy trained pilot. I would have to go to a commuter to get re-current and was wondering if a) these hiring bonuses keep you locked into a commitment and if so how long? b)Do the flow through regionals PSA/Envoy hold you back if you are senior qualified but junior in the airline?
