Currently, look at the direction TSH is going with the other two companies. I have a feeling this is a big ploy by management to tell us either shut up and grieve it , while they enact another bonus structure. We'll see where this goes, but I know for a fact that the MEC did their very best to help them getting this system implemented.

I came on here because a lot of people inside and outside the 121 world had nothing but good to say about CPZ. And just like the military, I hate the rank and file, things we called "lifer" BS. But I miss the people most of all. Regardless of our backgrounds, we all bring something to the table. Let s make the most out of it.
For feedback you're right we all need to make the most out of our situation. There are definitely people in worse places. As for your military time people here on the forum are analyzing what is happening and trying to bring solutions.

You're right FLICA/IOCC should have been rolled out concurrently (solution). That way crew members could reference a system they are familiar with while learning the replacement. It would have also given the company a chance to work out the bugs/issues crew members had before switching off the old system. The other frustrating part is they had two other companies to gain experience with launching this system.

As far as hearing only good things about Compass, it was a whole different company when it wasn't owned by TSH. When I came to Compass I knew what life was like at GoJet and TSA, but had heard good things about Compass. It was definitely a concern that TSH had taken ownership, but my thought was it'll take time for the effect to be felt, well that time is now. We're now seeing the TSH philosophy. As someone mentioned with SigHansen being referenced in an operational update, management is reading this. My message to them is, put your employees first as Herb Kelleher would. The flyers saying that you can earn $94,626 as a direct entry Captain with a CRJ/EJET type is point in case. TSH has the money to spend, but they think all pilots care about is salary. This is not the case, I'd rather $75,000 as a DEC but good working conditions. This is not to say pay less, but rather if there's money for bonuses etc, why not spend some on improving conditions. They could take that cash and use it for more functionality on IOCC, better MX, better hotels......
Put employees first, customers second and stakeholders third and success will follow. I don't expect Southwest pay and conditions, but if they want to be the top tier regional they advertise, they need to take action, not just push propaganda.
