Back in November I had a friend (still in new hire training) submit an internal letter of rec. He received the response that my applocation would be scored. It's now been 4 months with no word. Without being arrogant I feel like I have a strong app. It's been reviewed by a consulting firm, 1,000+ hrs turbine PIC, line check airman, sim instructor, Magna Cum Laude GPA. Is there any requirement for length of employment for a Delta pilot to submit an internal letter, and for the applicant to get their app scored? I have heard a rumor that the pilot must be on property at least a year. I know interviewing has been slower since the start of the year, I'm just getting a little eager for any news I can get.
