Is there any requirement for length of employment for a Delta pilot to submit an internal letter, and for the applicant to get their app scored? I have heard a rumor that the pilot must be on property at least a year. I know interviewing has been slower since the start of the year, I'm just getting a little eager for any news I can get.
You're a Delta pilot from day one of indoc. Not only do they care abut your recommendations, they encourage it. I've been here over two years and I'm 0 for 5 I believe on recommendations. This has more to do with your app than anyone recommending you. If you haven't already, get as many eyes on your app as possible. Start with the free sources first, i.e. family, close industry pals, et al. If that doesn't pay dividends then start paying for the app review services.
