I agree things need to ge better and we are in negotiations. Since a couple other carriers finished up a few months ago you guys act like we have been 40% behind for years, which we are not even 40% behind now. You lie on public boards about what we make and what we get. I get it your on a campaign to get people to not apply here, but just be honest and let educated people make their own decision. They don't make up this much on bluepilots. This site has become worse. Self loathing liars.
Please point out where I lied.

Let's use this comparison. I make $121/hour. A United Airbus FO at my longevity makes $157/hour. That's a 33% difference right there. Add the retirement difference of 3% (I'm using your numbers there not mine) and now I'm at 36%. Bring healthcare into the debate and I'm well over 40% difference. So again please point out my lies WhiteHammer.

Profit sharing should never be used in compensation comparisons as it's upon management to run a profitable company and we cannot rely on that to happen to be properly compensated.
