This is wrong. JB is 202/hr with 16% PS. It's 218 with 10% PS. You're mixing apples and oranges. So 218* 1.23 = 268 So that's 25% behind. Let's take the year 1 or 2 guy who can't afford to put 5% into his 401K because he needs it to by Ramon noodles to feed his family. So that would be (using 12 year pay for similar comparisons) 218*1.18 = 257 which now makes it 30% behind.

And that doesn't take into consideration work rules, vaca/sick, HC, etc....

We're behind. By a LOT. And the gap is widening.
