Training is straightforward: five days of Indoc at SNA; 17 days at CAE (22 for the E-135). Pay for new hires is $175/day during training.
IOE is paid (currently) at the line rate of $225/day, but there are many other avenues for revenue - Atlantic bucks, $100 premium for over 12 hr day (happens all the time) and $50 crew meal on the credit card for a busy day without time for a break. We are very busy, so there's always opportunities to pick up trips once you're off IOE.

JetSuite is far from perfect, but it is better than most of the competition. You just need to decide how hard you want to work - we work hard - and whether you are willing to wear the customer service hat more than you would in the 121 world. If so, you had better let that shine in the interview, or else don't waste your time.
The call tonight should be interesting...
