Not necessarily. Some of your move up is because you're an FO on the Angry Pup. Many FOs AE out of it to 73N or 320, etc.
The hiring plan is based off projected retirements and growth.

Well, I meant total seniority wise been moving 30+ numbers each month so that is a decent number and will only continue to increase as we all know.
