Well, I meant total seniority wise been moving 30+ numbers each month so that is a decent number and will only continue to increase as well all know.
I was blown away by moving up 33 numbers on the March 1 list. (I'm just below the 80th percentile line)
Beginning of the retirement wave. Anyone hired in this last couple years (or the next couple) needs to hold onto their board; it's going to be a wild ride.
