How do you come up with 600 retirements for 2018 when when the Jan 2017 retirement list says 368 age 65 retirements? Seems a little high to me.

We lose a large number of pilots each year for other then age 65 retirement. I did not come up with the 600 number. That is the number the company put out. If you look at the last two years actual retirements verses age 65 it looks like a accurate number.
