You'd want the 145. Unless there's an announcement of more 175s coming after the 40th is delivered, FO movement will stagnate big time by summer. SGF is a 145 maintenance base so there are tons of overnights there on the 145.
Unless you're older, it's doubtful you can hold 175 in your class. The 175 is a nice plane, but like the previous post, unless we get more deliveries, it might stagnate a little come late summer.
