There is a little bit of gaps in training but it tends to be just before IOE. SIM may start to get backed up a bit. They keep on putting info out on hiring new SIM instructors and IOE guys so I hope they can get caught back up.
Any delays are still paid normal rate and per diem doesn't stop until you get through IOE.
Thanks a lot for the reply, just one more question, is it taking to long to get a class date? or can I expect one to the end of the month or beginning of April, I'm ready to start right away, i just don't want to be sitting at home doing nothing after I get the offer.
