It appears from the email it's another free-for-all. Or at the very least it didn't say anything about restricting who can sign up. There are 400 spots available and you sign up via SWA's Pilot Credentials job fair link. All it says is registration opens on March 22nd. Nothing about when. Event includes a one-on-one, a mass presentation, and a tour.
