06/07 were hiring gangbusters at regionals. Most 2 classes a month and some w signing bonuses. I was grinding to get a grand to get on w Skywest or Horizon for the bases.(also best regionals at the time) Got talked into Pdt for a fast 18 month upgrade... 5000 hours in right seat later I got my upgrade. Seems to have all worked out though. 27 from starting as a new hire wout ever interviewing. And now 18 months is the upgrade time on the 190 lol. At 800 hours I was highest time guy in class. One got his multi rating in sims no joke.
