The UA flying out of our AA bases is not enough to support crew bases, people who live in PHL/ORF should expect to learn how to commute. If you're butthurt about suddenly having to commute, ask the DEN/ORD guys what it was like back in 2006.
Really, you think AA didn't know ? AWAC's AA lift has been slowly replaced even before the announcement . The clues started when PDT moved into PHL with the Jets and eagle moved back to LGA, oh and PSA into D.C. AA knew and so did AWAC for over a year. Just because it was a surprise to us peasants doesn't mean they didn't have a plan.
