Here's another dilemma. I understand that it could be beneficial to have an upcoming retiree take as much VAC as BV days. And 5 hours of pay vs 3 hours of pay would certainly provide one the finincial incentive to do just that.
But the total number of BV days chosen does allow the company to reduce VAC weeks for bid ... think less VAC weeks available for bid in the popular summer months.
Hmmm ... thoughts ?
