Lots of opportunities everywhere. Not my battle either, but i have friends there too and i'm dumbfounded why they are still in denial. I hate to see good people in the unemployment line. But management has been beating them up and giving them empty promises for YEARS now, and like a battered wife they keep saying "but he still loves me" and they stay. It's actually painful to watch, even on these forums.
My guys are getting out. Mostly lateral moves to immediate money and places that value their longevity. Couple friends were military guys who came for the quick ATP and who have since bounced - not that I blame them, I definitely commend them for that.
Otherwise - it is painful to watch from the sidelines.
