If you didn't get the e-mail invite, then I believe if you just go to your pilot credentials and register on the date announced. In other words it will probably be on it system wide. It says to "NOT" to login to your credentials.

Unless there's some separate email going around with a specific individual link for that person to register, I think "invite" is a misnomer being thrown around due to the top of the email saying "you're invited". That's just a pleasantry. Everyone is "invited" to click refresh every 2 seconds and try to be among the 400 lucky ones to grab a spot.
