Last two times I used the Clarion the air conditioners/heaters had big issues. Last time didn't want to switch rooms as it was the middle of the night by the time I realized it wasn't working and manager flat out refused to give me a refund. Both the manager and the GM I spoke to were rude, curt, and unhelpful. They basically told me they had the best place in town and I would be back. Never again.
From what I recall they used to be on a "Boiler System" for heat and wouldn't convert to A/C until absolutely necessary. And vice versa. So you get stuck between seasons and temp swings. They used to tell us to open a window.
