There is no NJI. It's all NJA now. The Gulfstreams came from NJI with the merger.

As far as treatment, there wasn't overt mistreatment so to speak, however the feeling, the vibe, the culture at HQ is that pilots are not respected. I have been kicked out ofche lobby at our NJA facility in CMH because a passenger was coming out of he bathroom and they didn't want him/her to see me. That's how you are regarded there. Lots of vendors treat you differently as well.
