Talk about drowning in regret. Spoke to a new hire recently who's brother left for Frontier last year and is having epic regrets. I know an Italian guy who also left Envoy for Frontier last year and is wishing he could find a DeLorean and go back in time to slap himself in the face.
Unfortunately, AAG really gutted this airline and scared off hundreds of pilots. And unfortunately, while many of the guys are happy with where they're at now there are tons of guys that have huge regrets about leaving. You can't really blame them for their decision to leave time though. Our future looked just about as rosy as XJT's future looks right now and looked about as rosy as AWAC's future did a few months ago.
