Do pilots at Brown fly the -400F, -8, LCF, passengers, and LCF Dreamlifter all in one pattern going to random unscheduled locations in every continent during the same trip? No? Well if you want pilots to do that demanding pattern you better pay as much as the guy flying scheduled stuff. Also, Atlas DOES carry its own branded cargo through its route network in S America. Polar also has route authority and branded cargo going to/from Asia. The profit margin at Atlas and ATSG vs Brown and Purple proves that these companies can afford to pay fair wages.
